Scott Wilson is service manager at OSS Watch, an advisory service providing advice on open source software for the UK higher and further education sectors. OSS Watch also supports software projects based in education and research institutions adopt open development practices to help build communities and aid sustainability.
Scott is a committer on several projects at the Apache Software Foundation. He is also involved in several EU and UK research projects in areas including educational app stores and enterprise mashups.
Scott is co-chair of the W3C Open Web App Store CG and the W3C Native Web Apps CG.
